- Publishers are looking for outcome-driven titles and outcome-driven content. Books that’ll take the reader from point A to point B, with all the steps in between. So by the time the reader finishes reading the book, they can actually apply something to do something differently. (14:28)
- Publishers do not care about an author’s brand at all, it does not matter to them. We love our brands, we’re attached to our identity and our brands, publishers don’t care about that. The only thing they care about is selling books. (17:28)
